Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Scientific 17102484 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eupec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-Sort parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Measurex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eupec such as the 104X125DC073 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1000062887 manufactured by Accu-Sort and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-Sort systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 05363000 by Manufacturer Measurex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1336B005EADFA2L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Materials such as 010076130 equipment made by Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Materials products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Materials" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0518932 made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular 48200101 original spares produced by Socomec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 05367600DAS1128AFC512D15F by Measurex and 010076130 spares by Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
